It’s that time of year again that I have to pick through everything I’ve done over the past year and TRY to pick favorites. This year I shot 38 engagement sessions. Most of which none of you have seen (unless you follow me on facebook, then you will have seen some as sneak peeks). I usually tend to wait till the end of year to blog some of my favorites from each session. It’s never easy choosing and just because I didn’t pick a photo to blog doesn’t mean I don’t equally love it. It just means that it looks similar to another I have chosen. Even then I had trouble narrowing them down, so needless to say this will be a huge post. Some of these couples you have already seen from their wedding post, but many will be couples for the 2013 season and I CAN’T WAIT! 2013 is going to be amazing.
I also just want to take a moment to reiterate something I explain to everyone. Engagement sessions are FUN. They are relaxed and most of all they are meant as a buffer in our blooming relationship. It allows me to get to know the two of you and vice versa. Come your wedding day, I want you to feel comfortable with me. That is why I offer engagement sessions as a complimentary part of my wedding packages. This is super important to me and will never change. So, without further ado, SOME of my favorites from 2012. A little bit from every session, in no particular order.
Stunning work Amanda. What a great year for you. Can’t wait to see your wedding post!
This is quite an amazing set of images. You’re really good at coaching your couples to kiss sexy. 🙂
i LOVE the way you capture and play with light! i’m partial to the more steamy/romantic shots, but i have to say my fave is that epic kiss under the cherry blossom tree.
