Today was a big day for my family. It was the first day that my husband could be home with us and not have to work 2 jobs. He is down to one! Woohoo! 🙂 I am so happy for him and for us. This is a big step in our life and he finally got on full-time at what used to be his second job. There are big opportunities for him there that he did not have before and he actually feels like he has a worth again. But better than all of that, he was home, with US. Normally we see him for about a half an hour a day and when it was one day off at one job, he still had to work the other. It’s so good to have him home again. My kids have their daddy back and I have my husband back.
It also means that I get to devote more time to photography because I have his help! I should now be able to blog more than ever (not that I didn’t make time anyway..at 1 am, so maybe it just means I’ll get more sleep?! 😉 ). I am still about 10-15 sessions behind on my blog and am going to TRY and catch up! Our life is still busy but there is order in all of this chaos and we are happy and loving it! I am so happy that we both can do something we love and spend all the time in the world with our kids at the same time. We are just blessed! So bring on the weddings because I have time and I just adore everything about them!
Here is an amazing engagement session I just shot the other day. They were all about the PDA and I had no issues trying to get them to get close! 😉 I LOOOVE these! It’s so hard to even pick a favorite! I am going to post a ton of them and also post some bw versions of some of them because I think they are both great! Melissa & Jay, thank you so much for being up for whatever! I can’t wait for your big day! 🙂
