Yesterday I was scheduled to have a session with this little doll baby at the Botanical Center since it was so yucky outside and we’ve already had one session in their home. When I got there it was packed and cars were lined down the street. I am assuming maybe there was a wedding going on. Oops! I learned my lesson, next time call and check! Anyway, we decided last minute instead of rescheduling to just do a session at their home again. The only problem was I didn’t have anything but my backdrops with me. No girly props, etc. The stuff I’d usually bring. But, we made do and found things around their house to make for cute photos! It even stopped raining for a while and we stepped out onto the porch for a couple quick photos. Those turned out to be my favorite ones! 🙂 Kara & Tim – thanks for being so flexible!
p.s. I seem to be having a love affair with the black and whites again in this session. Even though, Layla has the most amazing blue eyes!
Couldn’t go past without commenting. I love ALL of these photos. There isn’t a single one that doesn’t fit in. Fantastic shoot and you’ve done a wonderful job considering the need for flexibility. 😀

Love the ones of her on the porch/deck, with her eyes shining bright and her adorable little outfit.
